Parents Agreement
Welcome to ilmRaah Academy. We are honored to support your child’s learning journey. This agreement outlines mutual understanding between parents/guardians and ilmRaah Academy to ensure a smooth, structured, and effective learning experience.
1-on-1 Class Environment
All classes are conducted 1-on-1 between the assigned teacher and student, ensuring dedicated attention and customized pacing.
Punctuality & Discipline
Students and teachers must join scheduled classes on time. Any delay from the student's end cannot be compensated by extending the class duration.
Class Rescheduling & Notice
If a student needs to reschedule a class, parents must notify management at least 4 hours in advance. Emergency cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Teacher Absences & Make-Up Sessions
If a teacher is absent or misses a class due to illness or technical issues, a make-up class will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.
Fee Policy
Tuition fees are strictly advance-based and must be paid by the 5th of each month. Late payments may result in temporary class suspension until dues are cleared.
Learning Environment at Home
Parents are requested to provide a quiet, distraction-free environment with a stable internet connection and proper device setup (laptop/tablet and headphones).
Direct Contact with Teachers
For safety, quality control, and professional boundaries, direct personal communication (WhatsApp, phone calls, social media) with teachers outside official channels is strictly prohibited. All queries, fee discussions, and scheduling must go through ilmRaah management.
Progress Tracking & Feedback
Management will provide regular updates on student attendance, performance, and feedback. Parents are encouraged to share feedback proactively to help us continuously improve.
Agreement Acceptance
By enrolling a student in ilmRaah Academy, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document, supporting a structured and cooperative learning system.
